Ascension Insight Sessions

These sessions are for those beginning to notice internal or external shifts they can’t explain, who want to better understand what’s happening to them—and why. With over 20 years of experience in the Ascension process, I offer a safe, informative space where clients can explore what this global energetic shift may mean in their lives. Often, individuals come in feeling confused, anxious, or physically and emotionally overwhelmed without understanding the source. 

This work helps identify what may be Ascension-related versus mental health-related, and supports clients in managing the symptoms and transitions they’re facing. While it’s not about religion or doctrine, this service provides perspective, language, and reassurance for those feeling a sense of awakening or spiritual disruption. As more people begin to sense changes around and within them, many find relief in knowing they are not alone or imagining things.
